The cost of sunflower seeds in the domestic market of Russia continued to decline for the fourth week in a row.

According to the SovEcon Analytical Agency, the price of seeds in the Russian Federation for the reporting period decreased by 100 rubles - up to 36,900 rubles per ton.

At the same time, the cost of sunflower oil increased by 850 rubles - up to 90,350 rubles per ton.

In the first half of last week, the export price of Russian sunflower oil increased by $55 to $1,475/ton (FOB).

It should be noted that due to the military conflict, India intends to abandon Russian and Ukrainian sunflower oil in favor of soybean and palm oil.
