According to Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company, from September 2025 to March 2026, grain and flour exports in grain equivalent amounted to 8.9 million tons, an increase of 1 million tons compared to the same period last year (7.9 million tons). This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the ministry, positive trends are observed in key export destinations.
"Deliveries to Uzbekistan increased by 14%, from 6.6 million to 7.5 million tons. Exports to Kyrgyzstan increased by 1.8 times, from 194,000 to 354,000 tons. Volumes to Afghanistan increased by 24%, from 1.1 million to 1.3 million tons. Deliveries to Turkmenistan increased by 1.5 times, from 94,000 to 145,000 tons," the Ministry of Agriculture reported.
