The National Statistics Bureau reported the availability of grain and legume crops in the Republic of Kazakhstan as of November 1, 2025, according to the APK News agency.

According to the data, the country has 25 million tons of grain and legume crops in storage. Of these, 21 million tons are food crops, 2.7 million tons are feed crops, and 1.2 million tons are seeds.

This includes 20 million tons of wheat. Of this amount, 18 million tons are food wheat, 1 million tons are seed crops, and 946,000 tons are feed crops. Durum wheat accounts for 1.1 million tons.

There are also 438,000 tons of corn, 350,000 tons of rice, 2.9 million tons of barley, and 296,000 tons of oats.

The largest volume of grain and legumes is in the Akmola region – 7.4 million tons. In Kostanay, 6.2 million tons; in North Kazakhstan, 6.2 million tons. In Pavlodar, 1.1 million tons; and in Karaganda, 1.3 million tons.

According to the Bureau, wheat exports from January to August totaled 4.8 million tons, and barley, 1 million tons.
