The harvest campaign in Kazakhstan is nearing completion. To date, 15.7 million hectares, or 97.9% of the total area under grain and leguminous crops (over 16 million hectares), have been harvested. 26.3 million tons of grain have been threshed, according to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition to grain crops, agricultural producers have harvested 3 million tons of oilseeds, 2.9 million tons of potatoes with a yield of 225.3 c/ha, and 3.9 million tons of vegetables with a yield of 305.1 c/ha.
492,400 tons of cabbage have been harvested with a yield of 331.7 c/ha, 1,047,700 tons of onions with a yield of 430 c/ha, and 380,700 tons of carrots with a yield of 296.4 c/ha.
