
Kazakhstan has developed a Roadmap for investment projects in the agro-industrial complex until 2027. It includes 711 projects with a total value of 3.4 trillion tenge, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan reported.
Among the largest investment agreements with foreign companies are projects for the construction of a greenhouse complex with a capacity to produce 155 thousand tons of tomatoes per year, Alsera LLP ($650 million), a sugar factory with a capacity of 5 million tons of sugar beet processing and the production of 500 thousand tons of sugar per year, QazaqArab Sugar LLP ($580 million), a vertically integrated industrial park for deep processing of corn with a capacity of 1 million tons per year, Fufeng Group ($350 million), and an integrated complex for deep processing of grain and legumes with a processing capacity of 240 thousand tons of wheat, 80 thousand tons of peas, Tiryaki Holding ($320 million).
In addition, preparations are underway to launch the project "Order for Investments in the Agro-Industrial Complex for 2025-2027", which provides for long-term preferential financing in the amount of 1.2 trillion tenge.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, in the first 7 months of 2025, 710.6 billion tenge were attracted to the industry, 5 investment agreements were concluded for 1 trillion tenge, 81 projects were implemented for 115.5 billion tenge.
