
On August 29, 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture amended the order on the payment of subsidies to reduce the cost of expenses related to the transportation of grain to distant markets. The document states that the order will be valid until September 1, 2026, the APK News agency reports.
As reported on the portal of the control bank of regulatory legal acts, the following amendments were made to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2025 "On approval of the Rules for the payment of subsidies to reduce the cost of expenses related to the transportation of grain, and the Rules for subsidizing the expenses of a national company in the agro-industrial complex related to the transportation of grain":
Ordered:
Clause 4 shall be set out as follows:
"4. This order shall enter into force after the day of its first publication and shall be valid until September 1, 2026."
Amendments to the Order shall enter into force on September 4, 2025.
It is worth noting that the previous version of the order was valid until September 1, 2025.
As reported, in February 2025, the Ministry of Agriculture approved the Rules for the payment of subsidies to reduce the cost of expenses associated with the transportation of grain.
At the end of July, the National Grain Operator "Prodcorporation" completed accepting applications for the payment of subsidies for grain exporters. The total amount of compensation was 9.1 billion tenge. The total volume of shipments was about 410 thousand tons. However, exporters continued to submit applications, the number of requests is 1.2 million tons of grain.
