Kazhydromet has released a preliminary forecast for the ripening dates of spring grains. According to preliminary calculations, the ripening of spring wheat in 2025 in grain-growing regions is forecasted mostly within the usual phenological terms.

At the same time, in a number of areas, agrometeorological conditions will make adjustments to the timing of the harvest. In particular, late grain ripening is expected:

• in the Kostanay region - B. Maylin district;
• in the Akmola region - in Sandytau, Bulandinsky, Burabay districts and in the Birzhan sal district;
• in the Pavlodar region - in Uspensky district.
• Ahead of the usual dates, wheat ripening is forecasted:
• in the Zhetysu region - in the Karatal district;
• in the Pavlodar region - in the Irtysh district;
• in the Abay region - in the Urzhar district;
• in the East Kazakhstan region - in the Shemonaikhinsky district.
