As of June 1 of this year, Kazakhstan had 7.37 million tons of wheat available. This is 16% higher than the same date in 2024 (6.33 million tons), APK-Inform reports, citing official statistics.

At the same time, the reserves of food wheat in Kazakhstan as of June 2025 amounted to 6.52 million tons, seed - 437 thousand tons, feed - 408 thousand tons. There were about 506 thousand tons of hard wheat available by that date (including 436 thousand tons of food wheat).

As of June 1, 25, there were 671 thousand tons of barley left in Kazakhstan (in 2024 on the same date - 1.02 million tons, a decrease of 34%).

Corn reserves amount to 66 thousand tons (against 107 thousand tons), oats - about 151 thousand tons (82 thousand tons), buckwheat - 57 thousand tons (58 thousand tons).

In general, as of June 1 of this year, Kazakhstan had 8.65 million tons of grain and legume crops (including rice) in stock against 7.84 million tons on June 1, 24.
