“The arrival of warm air masses on the territory of Kazakhstan will form warm summer weather. However, frontal systems will also retain their influence. And, despite the fact that during the daytime the thermometers will record 25-33 degrees Celsius in the north of the country, and 30-38 degrees Celsius in the south, there will be rain with thunderstorms, with increased winds. In some areas, hail is possible,” Kazhydromet informs.
According to the forecast, on June 12, rain with thunderstorms will fall in most of the republic, heavy rain is expected in the northwest of the country, hail in the northwest, in the center. Increased wind is also expected, with a dust storm and squall in the south. Only in the east of the country, under the influence of the spur of the anticyclone, clear weather without precipitation remains.
During the day, in the regions of Zhetysu, Abay, in Almaty, West Kazakhstan, Atyrau regions, strong heat is expected, up to 35-38 degrees.
