Wheat of the 3rd class with gluten from 28% has increased in price. Now it is traded at 125 thousand tenge. Analysts believe that further price growth is possible for such grain and recommend farmers not to rush to sell the goods, the APK News agency reports.

The research bureau "Grain and oilseeds. Kazakhstan" has released another bulletin with prices for agricultural crops. The information states that soft wheat of the 3rd class with gluten from 28% has increased in price over the week. The price increase was 15 thousand tenge per ton. As of February 28, this category of grain is traded at 115-125 thousand tenge with VAT, depending on the quality.

The experts of the bureau note that trade in this type of grain should be suspended until more favorable prices. The possible maximum is called the price of 145 thousand tenge.

Meanwhile, the same recommendation - not to sell the product yet - is given for barley. It is noted that the price for it has not changed over the week. At present, its cost is 73 thousand tenge per ton. The possible maximum is 85 thousand tenge.

Other categories of grain are advised to be sold as needed. Wheat of class 3 with gluten up to 25% is traded at 81 thousand tenge, class 3 with gluten up to 23% - 76 thousand tenge, class 4 - 71 thousand tenge, class 5 - 60 thousand tenge. The same price was a week ago.

Durum costs from 85 thousand tenge to 102 thousand tenge. It is recommended to sell. No price increase is expected for it.
