
907 agricultural producers have already received preferential financing under the "Ken Dala 2" program in the amount of 125.6 billion tenge. In total, applications were received from 1,364 farmers for about 205.1 billion tenge, of which applications from 1,253 agricultural producers for 195.5 billion tenge have already been accepted for processing. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Recall that financing under the "Ken Dala 2" program in the Agrarian Credit Corporation with a preferential interest rate of 5% per annum began on November 29 last year. It is planned to allocate up to 700 billion tenge for early financing of spring field and harvesting work in 2025, of which 560 billion tenge will be attracted from market capital sources.
Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov held a meeting with the management of the Baiterek holding and representatives of financial institutions that are part of the holding.
“During the meeting, the issue of excluding certain requirements imposed on farmers when receiving loans for sowing work was discussed. The minister’s instructions have been taken into account by the Baiterek holding and will be reviewed in the near future,” the Ministry of Agriculture explained.
The issues of expanding cooperation, areas of preferential lending, attracting investment in the agricultural sector, projects implemented with funds from JSC ACC in priority areas of the agro-industrial complex, new financing mechanisms and plans for 2025 were also discussed.
Aidarbek Saparov emphasized the importance of cooperation for achieving sustainable development of agriculture, introducing new areas to support the agricultural sector and the need to increase the pace of financing the industry.
