KazAgroFinance is launching a new leasing program for agricultural, special equipment and vehicles for transporting agricultural products without making a down payment. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture.
According to the rules of the program, equipment of Kazakh and foreign production is leased under the following conditions: advance payment – from 0%; remuneration rate – 22.75% (6% including subsidies); leasing term – up to 10 years; financing limit – up to 370 million tenge.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, in 2023, 178 billion tenge was allocated to finance the leasing of agricultural machinery, which made it possible to purchase 7,710 units of equipment, of which 54% were Kazakhstan-made equipment. As part of preferential financing programs at a rate of 6% per annum, 2,838 units of equipment worth 46 billion tenge were leased over the past year.
In 2024, KazAgroFinance plans to allocate 36.8 billion tenge for the implementation of preferential financial leasing programs in the areas of “Own feed”, “Made in Kazakhstan”, “Zhasyl Onim”, “Preferential leasing” at a remuneration rate of 6% per annum. At the beginning of February of this year, KAF had already received applications under preferential programs for the purchase of 1,310 units of agricultural machinery worth 14.8 billion tenge. Of these, financial leasing agreements have been concluded to date for the purchase of 544 units of equipment in the amount of 6.8 billion tenge.
