Ministry of Agriculture: approved applications for subsidies for 401 billion tenge

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, about 500 billion tenge have been allocated for subsidies in 2023.
Including on:
- livestock farming - 115.9 billion tenge;
- crop production and financial instruments - 318.1 billion tenge.
In addition, an additional 60 billion was allocated from the Government reserve.
The department named the most popular areas of subsidies:
- livestock farming - financing volume is 115 billion tenge;
- pesticides - 32 billion tenge;
- fertilizers - 33 billion tenge;
- investment subsidies - 110 billion tenge;
- seeds - 11 billion tenge;
- product processing - 20 billion tenge;
- subsidizing the interest rate - more than 83 billion tenge.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, for the reporting period, out of 307,877 applications submitted, applications for more than 401 billion tenge were approved. There are accepted obligations at an interest rate with monthly payments until the end of the financial year - about 83 billion tenge.
