In the coming days, the previously favorable anticyclone will leave Kazakhstan, giving way to a northern cyclone that will quickly move across the country, bringing rain and snow. This was reported by the Kazhydromet press service.
"Starting November 4, snow is expected in the northern and eastern regions, with heavy snow in some areas, as well as gusty winds, blizzards, and ice. Temperatures will also gradually drop, particularly in the northern and eastern regions. By November 4, nighttime temperatures are expected to reach -5 to -13 degrees Celsius, with daytime temperatures of -3 to -11 degrees Celsius," forecasters reported.
The cold will also affect southern Kazakhstan. After heavy rain and snowfall expected on November 4, a cold snap will arrive, with overnight temperatures dropping to -0 to -13 degrees Celsius, and daytime temperatures of only -0 to -5 degrees Celsius.
